The fired brass is vastly populated with Lake City headstamps, although may contain others as well. LC04 and LC08 are the predominant head stamps, along with some a small percentage of LC01. The brass comes direct from United States military bases, where it was used for training purposes; there may be dings, dents and/or slight imperfections found on the cases.
The fired brass is gauged as Grade 2. It has been tumble cleaned in crushed walnut, but has otherwise not been processed. All fired brass primers are still crimped on the brass to illustrate these are once fired. Cases have been hand-sorted, but still must be inspected by the customer for non-usable cases before reloading. The majority of these flaws can be easily removed upon resizing or will be shot out upon the first firing. This brass has not been re-sized and must be deprimed, full-length sized and trimmed before loading the first time. Fired brass is sold as-is.
As is our policy, OFLCB includes 3% overage of fired brass count to cover any unusable cases.
This is NOT live ammunition. Reloading is a dangerous process and OFLCB shares no liability from your reloading activities. Extreme care must be taken during your reloading efforts.
